These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Netrooter.in website and the hosting, domain, and related services ("Services") provided by Netrooter ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Host, transmit, or facilitate the transmission of spam, phishing, or malicious software.
  • Host content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or promotes violence or illegal acts.
  • Engage in activities that degrade or interfere with the performance of our servers or network (e.g., crypto-mining on shared/VPS plans without permission).

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

3. Payment and Billing

All fees for Services must be paid in advance. We accept various payment methods through our secure gateways. If an invoice remains unpaid past the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated Services. Domain name registrations are final and cannot be refunded once processed.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to provide a 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for a credit to your account, as detailed in our full SLA documentation. Planned maintenance is excluded from downtime calculations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Netrooter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
