Refund Policy

At Netrooter, we stand behind the quality of our hosting services. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our hosting plans.

1. Hosting Services (30-Day Guarantee)

If you are not completely satisfied with our Shared Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, or Windows Hosting services within the first 30 days of your account activation, you will be given a full refund of the hosting amount. This policy does not apply to renewals.

2. Non-Refundable Products and Services

Please note that the following products and services are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain Names: Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are processed immediately and are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, you own it for the duration of the registration period.
• SSL Certificates: Issued SSL certificates cannot be refunded.
• Dedicated Servers & Cloud VPS: Due to the resources allocated and setup required, Dedicated Servers and Cloud VPS plans are non-refundable.
• Add-ons and Licenses: cPanel licenses, SiteLock, Xcitium, and other third-party software licenses are non-refundable.

3. Free Domain with Hosting Deals

If you purchased a hosting plan that included a "Free Domain" and you request a refund within the 30-day window, the standard retail cost of the domain name will be deducted from your refund amount. You will retain ownership of the domain name and can point it anywhere or transfer it after the standard 60-day ICANN lock period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must open a support ticket with our Billing department through your Client Area within the first 30 days. Accounts cancelled/terminated by Netrooter due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, hosting illegal content) do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
